Requirements for succeeding in this role:

  • Polished and immaculate presentation
  • Possess a professional manner and the ability to demonstrate initiative.

  • Proven high volume reception experience

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail

  • Be reliable and organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
