What is the role?

Working alongside another receptionist managing a busy switchboard you will be responsible for

ensuring all initial contact with the business is managed in a professional, friendly and efficient manner whilst also providing operational support to a busy team of brokers.


You will:

  • Obtain insurance details before transferring the call to the correct department

  • Monitoring marketing campaigns

  • Monitoring the source of calls to refining marketing tactics

  • General administration support such as filing, scanning etc
