Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Primarily focused on introducing strategies and processes to improve claim outcomes while aligning carrier expectations with branch management.  
  • Responsible for developing technical programs that align to a carrier operation and expectations with claim service delivery, development of branch KPIs, and strategically identifying quality initiatives for assigned branches.   
  • Dedicated to organizing and leading project advancement and driving leading behaviors resulting in strong claim outcomes as measured by metrics, key performance indicators, and benchmarking.  
  • Scope includes:
    • Continuous improvement audits
    • Coverage
    • E&Os
    • Reserving 
    • New product integration 
    • Roundtables
    • Training
  • Partners with branch management, account management, and legal on training and reviews.  
  • Structures and facilitates quality meetings with assigned branches.  
  • Management responsibilities for small team of professional staff. 
 
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 or more years relevant claims handling experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and related claims and business software.
Desired:
  • Previous auditing experience in addition to extensive liability claims background and strong process management skills.
Work Traits:
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels of client/carrier/broker hierarchy.  
  • Organized, detailed, and analytical in approach to resolving problems.  
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
