Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Insurance or financial services sector experience preferable
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, having or working towards CII/ Dip CII. With a deep knowledge of the principles of Quality Assurance.
  • Strong working knowledge of current compliance practices and techniques, detailed accuracy of retail conduct risk outcomes.
  • A full grasp of business processes with the ability to offer solutions; along with a proven record working to targets within a regulated, measurable framework.
  • Ability to build strong and credible relationships with key partners and team members. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team leadership, happy to motivate and develop staff
  • Can recognise potential risks and seek advice if needed. 
  • Good organisational skills for forward planning and a strong awareness of ethics and integrity in customer focus. 
  • MS office proficiency
  • Eligible to work in the UK
