Project Manager (Fixed Term)
What we are looking for:

A background and/or qualification in construction with a proven understanding of building methods and materials
-
Previous experience as a Project Manager, Assessor or Loss Adjuster is desirable

Proven ability to interpret building plans and estimate costs
-
Knowledge of insurance operational processes, practices and risk management
-
Understanding and applying the Building Act, the Building Code, Department of Building and Housing Guidelines and any territorial authority requirements

Exceptional organisational skills

The ability to multi-task and problem solve with an eye for detail
-
Self-disciplined, self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimum supervision
-
Demonstrated computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn new systems
-
Excellent communication skills for face-to-face, telephone and written communication
-
Enthusiasm and initiative, with the willingness to contribute to a dynamic, professional and positive team environment
-
This role requires a valid driver’s licence.
