How will you contribute to the business?

Our GBS project team is looking for an experienced Project Manage to support our growing business. In this role you will be working alongside our client service, operations, and IT leadership teams to execute a large organizational change within our existing service model. You will utilize your core experience in organizational transformation and change management skills to ensure deadlines are being met and keep project deliverables on track.

What skills/experience will help to make me successful in this role?

  • Proficiency using project management tools such as MS Project Server, Clarizen, or Easy Projects
  • Demonstrated expertise applying a structured approach (methodology) to plan, manage, and report on concurrent transformation projects and strategic initiatives
  • Experience building detailed implementation plans for multi-year strategic initiatives
  • Significant expertise defining and establishing a program management governance structure for large organizations
  • Experience developing project management playbooks and toolkits such as templates, reusable implementation roadmaps, and communication artifacts
  • Ability to effectively employ effective project management methods, and standards to drive program delivery excellence
  • Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple responsibilities concurrently
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Do I have what it takes to be considered?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years related experience in a Consulting or Financial Services setting

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
