Your Role:

  • Monitor and track progress of each project on a regular basis, re-prioritising as needed. Manage the inception and initiation of multiple projects, outlining the project approach, resource requirements and estimating project delivery timelines. 
  • Keep Project Owner appraised of progress.  Obtain sufficient information to make well-informed and substantiated decisions. 
  • Design and populate reports and presentations, circulate drafts to involved parties for comment and manage the delivery within deadline date.
  • Liaise with and manage design transformation resources. Share knowledge, experience and standard methodology when required. 
  • Act with integrity and sensitivity at all times, you will have access to confidential information, so discretion and utmost professionalism is key. 

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Project Management PMP, MSP or Prince 2 certification highly desirable. Business degree or similar would be an advantage.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrable full life-cycle project manager experience, along with capability of leading complex, large scale projects.
  • Happy to compile reports, analyse findings and make valued, trusted recommendations. With an ambitious drive, keen to examine details and deep-dive where needed. 
  • Decisive leadership in ambiguity and the desire to solve problems coupled with a can-do attitude.
  • A high level of discretion and empathy, able to respond confidently to conflicts, balance situations whilst raising any ongoing issues
  • Keen eye for detail, with a good knowledge of how to tailor and present analytical information to any audience.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
