    Job Objectives:

    • Ensure that the Luminos Product Offering meets the needs of clients and prospects of GBUK.
      • Identify and develop core RMIS functionality required in the UK marketplace
      • Identify and develop ways the product offering can effectively provide unique value that is a differentiator in the marketplace
    • Support Client Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure they are informed of Luminos capabilities (new and existing) and able to communicate the product offering to clients and prospects
    • Manage an effective implementation and training process to deliver Luminos to current and future GBUK clients

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Become subject matter expert of the Luminos platform and capabilities
    • Work with the Business Development and Client Management to assess client and prospect needs in the RMIS
    • Develop a strategic roadmap for providing RMIS functionality to the UK
    • Prioritize roadmap by evaluating the value provided and effort to develop
    • Triage the criticality of defects and prioritize the criticality
    • Liaison with Global Luminos Product team
    • Coordinate the UK needs to incorporate them into overall Global RMIS roadmap
    • Provide subject matter expertise on regional requirements including currency, language, UK specific coverages and coverage requirements
    • Review and approve requirements for standard reports, dashboards, screens, and data feeds
    • Support RFP process by responding to questions related to the RMIS product offering
    • Manage and effective implementation and training process to deliver Luminos

Job Qualifications and Competencies

  • Product Management or Business Analyst experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent judgment concerning management of product development challenges, issues, and tradeoffs
  • Risk and claims management experience
  • Experience using the RMIS products of carriers, other third party claim administrators and/or third party RMIS providers
  • Experience using Origami RMIS is a plus
  • Skill at creative methods of representing and understanding data
  • Experience using technology and communicating requirements to software development organizations
  • The drive and desire to produce tangible deliverables
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skills
