The Processing Team is responsible for processing various transactions for RPS branches nationwide.  As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for high quality coaching and development while ensuring the team is processing transactions with the highest level of efficiency and accuracy.

Position Summary:


  • As the Processing Team Leader, you will coach, develop, and supervise a team of 10-15 Insurance Transaction Processor staff
  • You will help develop and implement policies and procedures
  • You will train and familiarize new team members with established policies, products and services
  • You will provide customer service to variety of customers over the telephone and in person
  • You will handle complex problems and inquiries related to insurance
  • Provide product expertise and advice to Ops. Support staff and clients
  • Resolves customer specific technical issues with an analytical mindset creative problem solving
  • You will research, analyze, and resolve complex service issues
  • You will reference multiple systems for detailed claim, underwriting, and workflow information with high attention to detail
  • You will be asked to supply process improvement ideas and handle other duties as assigned.

  • Associates degree and 5 or more years related experience required.
  • Excellent knowledge of the insurance brokerage business.


  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience required, or other combination.
  • 1+ year of employee coaching and development.
  • Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks.
