  • Previous experience in handling accident and/or health claims, or an allied health background is desirable;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure;
  • Enjoys providing excellent customer service;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Time management and organisational skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Flexible, driven, and committed to the team and business.
