We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:

  • Experience in a previous Business Partnering position within a corporate environment (essential).
  • Tertiary qualification in HR
  • Previous experience with leadership development and succession planning
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, high intensity industry
  • Ability to deal confidently with staff at all levels, you must have strong communication skills and consistently aim to provide the highest level of customer service to your client group.
  • Strong understanding of workplace relations legislation (such as EEO and diversity)
  • Strong generalist understanding of HR legislation, risk and compliance issues
  • Ability to apply change management methodologies and tools to small scale (local impact) improvement efforts.
