Arthur J. We also offer claims and information management, risk control consulting, and appraisal services to clients around the world.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Maintains operational report libraries

·         Provides subject matter expertise for key operational metrics

·         Performs ad-hoc quantitative analysis to solve business issues

·         Liaises as needed between technical teams, functional teams, and project management teams   

·         Reviews business needs and defines detailed requirements, validating alternatives with stakeholders

·         Participates in multiple projects

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         3-5 years of business experience

·         Self-starter who can work independently and on teams

·         Insurance brokerage operations experience preferable or interest in learning the insurance brokerage businesses

·         Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

·         Proficiency with advanced Excel functionality

·         Ability to gather, analyze, synthesize, and draw logical conclusions from data

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams

·         SQL query skills preferable

·         Experience with Data Visualization tools (i.e. Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview)
