The person:

In addition to excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, you will have the following attributes for this role:

  • Experience in identifying and driving process and continuous improvement
  • Proactive attitude to work and exceptional time management skills
  • High level attention to detail is imperative
  • Experience in all areas of recruitment including shortlisting and interviewing, through to offering and on-boarding
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing an office environment and team
  • A track record of exceeding client expectations and working to always improve the customer experience 
  • IT savvy and highly competent, using Microsoft Office
