The position

 

Currently we are seeking an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our office centrally located in Perth.  This is a full time, 9 month max-term contract commencing late July or early August, with the possibility of extension.

 

Reporting to the General Manager, you will perform various HR and office management/PA duties including recruitment and performance management, administration and report writing, and travel/diary management. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR enquiries for both managers and employees
  • Day to day management of the administration staff and office
  • Overseeing recruitment of all staff
  • PA to the General Manager – travel arrangements, diary management, and expense reconciliation
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Marketing and communications

The person:
 

In addition to excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, you will have the following attributes for this role:

 
  • Experience in identifying and driving process and continuous improvement
  • Proactive attitude to work and exceptional time management skills
  • High level attention to detail is imperative
  • Experience in all areas of recruitment including shortlisting and interviewing, through to offering and on-boarding
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing an office environment and team
  • A track record of exceeding client expectations and working to always improve the customer experience 
  • IT savvy and highly competent, using Microsoft Office
