Do you have what we seek?

  • You're educated to degree standard or higher and can include a CIM Certificate in Marketing. Ideally, you have some Insurance qualifications, such as ACII, but if not, we're happy with a validated work history within our industry.

Experience

  • You come to us with Ten + years’ experience in the marketing arena. Your strategy, planning and execution skills are superb as is your business insight.
  • Consistent track record of delivery of campaigns within the insurance and intermediary market. Experience of successfully handling budgets and of course, superior communications knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, strategic marketing and team building skills
  • Impeccable eye for detail, strong organization skills, and thrive when meeting tight deadlines. You have a strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels. Calmly able to handle pressure, whilst running multiple projects simultaneously and accurately
  • Equally strong communication skills collaborating with subject matter authorities to produce marketing content
  • With a Flexible approach to evolution you work effectively in a variety of situations; constantly seek improvements and have a forward-looking growth focussed mindset.
