What are we looking for?

  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma in Marketing, BSc (Hons) Business or Marketing degree?
  • You take pride in your deep understanding of Brand Strategy. You're capable of delivering real results and demanding the best for your brand. You'll handle our budget working closely with our finance team.
  • Insurance industry experience or knowledge would be a huge benefit for your role. It's a niche industry and having some insider knowledge would really help.
  • We are excited about the team management element of your role. It's essential that you are a self-starter keen to embed knowledge and skills to your team. We absolutely love developing our internal talent, encouraging colleagues to become the best that they can be is a huge motivator for us.
  • Partner management and having the superb interpersonal skills to have confidential yet inspiring conversations at all levels is really important.
  • Having a Marketing Manager with the highest integrity is something we're proud of. Being the master of your craft is something you're proud to have and are happy to share with us.
