Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Workfront or other project management software/applications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Developing marketing campaigns from conception to execution and reporting
  • Experience with multi-channel and multi-touch campaigns
  • Executing marketing projects that resulted in measurable success
  • Experience and a high level of interest in digital marketing
  • Working with teams to develop content and distribution plans
  • Creating visual workflows to document campaign and customer journeys
  • Understanding of digital and multi-channel marketing and analytics best practices and trends
  • Identifying and clearly articulating the “so what” to stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills to manage large data sets and find trends
  • Successfully identifies, builds and socializes realistic and value-add processes
  • Knowledge in MS Office, reporting platforms and digital channels including but not limited to social, earned, email, marketing automation, web, paid and direct mail tactics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and enterprise level CRM (preferably Salesforce)

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
