What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years experience with workers’ compensation claims processes
  • Relevant degree or professionally recognised training/L&D qualifications (TAE 40110) (preferred)
  • Face-to-face training facilitation experience
  • Instructional design experience in the development of workshop-based end user training materials and documentation (preferred)
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia (preferred)
  • Strong relationship building and growing stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • High level of Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Current Victorian (or equivalent) drivers license
