Are you happiest when everything is running efficiently? Us too! We're seeking a dedicated and detailed Support Analyst to provide help on a wide range of systems; essentially ensuring our business keeps moving forwards.

Provide maintenance and admin support services for a subset of our business systems and our Bespoke Business Applications, specifically in relation to K2 technologies.

Your Role:

  • Act as the main point of contact/champion for K2 software related topics within the business.
  • Oversee and maintain existing K2 applications already in production and work with internal team on full lifecycle application development.
  • Methodically investigate, analyse and document business requirements and design specifications
  • Develop reports as specified by the business
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards
  • Create, document and implement test plans and scripts
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all solution developments
  • Ensure change management is carried out in accordance with agreed standards
  • Drive K2 visibility and initiative across the business by leveraging solution development skills and great interpersonal capabilities.
  • Business partnering within the IT and wider teams to seek out new ways to utilize the K2 technology stack within the business and drive innovation of these projects.
  • Work within the wider development team on other opportunities and projects across the expanse of the various technology stacks.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • The candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience and technical skills:
  • Experience of K2 Cloud and K2 Five in the creation of smart objects, forms, views and workflows
  • Excellent knowledge of the K2 toolset including K2 Designer and K2 management
  • Packaging and deployment of K2 solutions through different technical environments
  • Development of SharePoint solutions and apps in SharePoint Online
  • Design and build applications that interface with other line of business systems
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems Management.
  • Expert knowledge of applications in use across our organisation. Knowledge of good quality processes including ITIL, code review, unit test, coding standards, appropriate documentation.
  • Able to grasp and interpret salient data quickly; having experience of working in a similar role within a fast paced environment before. Highly accurate with a large attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication, including the ability to explain technical information to any audience. Technically competent across multiple platforms.
  • Tenacious and self-motivated, effectively managing own workload to deliver results.
  • Happy to lead, research and triage complex problems, providing tactical and strategic solutions. Encourage evolution and comfortable working under pressure
  • Eligible to work in the UK
