The role supports the Retail Change Management Team providing the administrative project support for acquisition projects.

Your role:

  • Managing in parts, projects in line with the Change Management Framework.  You will support the Acquisition Programme Manager to establish the project structure and plan; it's then a case of managing, monitoring progress and building reports to keep us updated along your journey.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the business. It's your superb interpersonal skills that will help you to manage expectations.
  • Ensure projects align with our governance, tooling and template standards. We act and deliver projects with the highest integrity here and we would love for you to do the same.
  • Integrate suppliers into the project and manage all parties via an integrated delivery plan.

You’re responsible for Project Management Work which will include:

  • Task level plans
  • Producing Minutes for Governance Meetings
  • Tracking progress of Actions and Risk Register
  • Issue Log
  • Artefact Repository
  • Governance Control processes.
