Position Summary:

Located in the Gallagher Service Center, Las Vegas, the Operations Support Specialist coordinates policy cancellation activities with Branch Production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will process insureds’ notice of cancellation, policy cancellations and reinstatements
  • You may generate complex and routine reports relating to Notices of Cancellation and cancellation root causes in addition to cancellation processing activities.
  • You will resolve complex branch service problems and inquires under the mentorship of the team supervisor.
  • You need strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • As additional support service capabilities are added to the Service Center, you will learn, process, and improve those capabilities.
  • You will provide support for one or more functional groups and you will perform of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions which may include:
  • Processing and coding documents
  • Working in multiple software platforms
  • Maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years work experience


  • Bachelor's Degree or some college (Associates Degree or other education)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proven ability to work in an office setting
  • Ability to contribute in a team environment

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
