Position Summary:


Located in the Gallagher Service Center, Las Vegas, the Operations Support Specialist coordinates policy cancellation activities with Branch Production staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  • You will process insureds’ notice of cancellation, policy cancellations, reinstatements, and rescission of Notices of Cancellation (NOC).
  • You may generate complex and routine reports relating to NOC and cancellation root causes in addition to processing activities.
  • You will resolve complex branch service problems and inquires under the mentorship of the Unit Leader.
  • You need strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail skills.
  • As additional support service capabilities are added to Service Center, you will learn, process, and improve those capabilities.
  • You will provide support for one or more functional groups and you will perform of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions which may include:
    • Compiling and arranging data
    • Laying out and preparing reports
    • Processing and coding documents
    • Maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years work experience

  • Strong computer skills
  • Proven ability to work in an office setting
  • Ability to contribute in a team environment

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
