Do you have an interest in starting a career in insurance with one of the top names in the industry?  Gallagher's IMPACT Program (Insurance Management Professional and Kaizen Culture Trainee) at our Las Vegas Service Center is a 4-week training program that prepares you to work on one of our customer service or operations/processing teams.  You will be exposed to various Gallagher departments that have teams in our service center and experience each division’s functions.  Upon completion of the program, you will be assigned to a department and begin training specific to that role.

Gallagher IMPACT Curriculum

  • Orientation to our company culture and values, AKA, “The Gallagher Way.”

  • Foundation for Customer Service and the four C’s:  Commit, Connect, Contribute, Confirm.

  • Professional verbal and written communication and omni-channel customer service training.

  • Introduction to Kaizen Culture and process improvement concepts.

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, communication, listening skills and time management training classes.

  • Insurance knowledge, where applicable, within Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or Claims Adjusting.

  • Side-by-side sessions with various Gallagher departments at the Service Center.

  • Meet and Greet with departments and teams.

  • Additional subject matter as required by various Gallagher departments.


Required:

  • High school diploma.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

  • Strong typing and basic computer skills.

Preferred:

  • Consistent and punctual attendance.

  • Desire to pursue a career versus a job.

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.

Work Traits:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong work ethic and a career-driven outlook.

  • Proficient in comprehension of subject matter.

 

 

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
  • Interested candidates must submit an application and resume/CV online to be considered
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.  For U.S. employment opportunities, Gallagher hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization
  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
