What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you will have a genuine interest in helping people, and have the confidence to make decisions in line with company policy and relevant legislation.  Key skills you will bring to the role are:

  • Previous claims experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build rapport
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office
  • Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Team players
