Do you take pride and great initiative when assisting your team members? We are seeking a professional and customer centric Account Handler to join us to improve our customer journey. Would you like to join a dynamic, successful and friendly financial lines team?

You work alongside our expert Financial Lines Account Executives who will support and nurture you. You service your client accounts throughout the renewal process. This could include admin, preparation of presentations, negotiating premiums and preparing client reports; it's a highly varied role.

You bring experience of working with clients and colleagues. You're also keen to demonstrate your excellent customer service and the desire to negotiate.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • In partnership with our Insurance Account Executives, you will focus entirely on the support needs of your clients. You are a first class communicator and have the customer needs at the centre of your actions.
  • You create renewal documents, handle the mid-term adjustments and also design new quotes for customers. To succeed here, you'll need to show us your strong administration skills.
  • You embrace organisational perfection within the workplace. It's all about ensuring cover is in place by a set renewal date, it's down to you to meet and exceed your clients' needs.
  • Day to day you will look after insurer queries for your clients' policies. You assist clients with their queries and liaise with insurers. Your role means that it's up to you to confirm cover with relevant insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required. Lastly, you will seek new and existing renewal business quotations and of course lend support to your team.
  • You will handle account queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns to account managers on time - prepare invoices, registers and other documentations.
  • Your grasp and apply legal and regulatory policies as required, whilst aligning with our Professional Standards Manual.
