The Right Person

We are after a great leader, team player and communicator with a good understanding of operational practices and techniques.  An advantage would be exposure to the Health industry but this is not essential.

Ideally, you will have:
  • A minimum of 3 year’s senior operational management experience
  • Diploma in Business Studies or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce
  • Proven leadership skills and competence
  • High degree of commercial acumen
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with identifying, analysing, enhancing , and deploying operational processes and systems
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • The ability to multi-task and problem solve with an eye for detail
  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrated computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills for face-to-face, telephone and written communication
  • Enthusiasm and initiative, with the willingness to contribute to a dynamic, professional and positive team environment
  • NZ Citizenship or permanent residency
  • Up to date knowledge of H&S at Work Act is preferable
