Job Title: Gallagher Strategy & Operations Consulting Intern (2019)

You will have an opportunity to work as a part of the Strategy & Operations Internal Consulting team that executes operational improvement and growth strategy projects to address the company’s most critical business challenges. Project work involves cross-functional and cross-business analysis support, problem solving, and solution design. Specific tasks may include analyzing data, building business cases, and documenting requirements to support projects in diagnostic, pilot, and implementation phases.

·        Building Consulting Skillsets: Build storyboarding, Excel, PowerPoint, and executive presence skills critical to management consulting success

·        Growing Expertise: Learn about both management consulting and the insurance industry to gain valuable expertise in a competitive field

·        Work Closely with the Leadership Team: Work alongside a team of consultants with years of experience in top consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, etc. that works closely with executive leadership to drive business strategy

Requirements:

·        Rising sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2019 and June 2021
·        Preferred areas of study in business, finance, economics, or related fields
·        Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Gallagher hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. We will require proof of work authorization
·        Willing to execute the Company's Employee Agreement which requires, among other things, post- employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non- disclosure
