Required:

* Law students pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree entering their third year from an Accredited Law School or University.
* Advanced proficiency in performing legal research, legal memorandum writing, legal analysis, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong flexibility and adaptability skills
* Ability to work in an office environment and take direction and complete legal research and related legal projects from a team of in-house corporate attorneys in the commercial insurance space
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

* Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
* Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
