Responsibilities: Acquire knowledge of Client Financial Services team functions/procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Client account analysis and reconciliations
  • Loss fund invoice preparation
  • Banking transactions/services
  • Demonstrated ability to independently (and with managerial guidance) work with clients, account managers and others to facilitate timely issue resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to independently (and with managerial guidance) handle calls/correspondence within 24 hours, while providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated flexibility while operating in a highly professional manner
  • Acquire an understanding/ability to utilize Gallagher Bassett’s claim system and on-line banking portals
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research/resolution skills and data analysis Collect, organize and analyze financial information
  • Strong background in reconciliations and/or data analytics a plus

Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field (Finance or Accounting preferred)
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Strong Excel and financial management software skills are essential

Desired:

  • Prefer degree in Accounting or Finance. 
  • CMA or CFA preferred
