What is the role?
We have a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting Chris Ellis, our CFO and Anthony Niardone, our General Manager of Legal, Risk and Compliance. The role is a 12 month maximum term contract opportunity, commencing in April, to cover a period of parental leave. The working days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, ideally 8:30am – 5:00pm, working in a job share arrangement. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Full administrative support including diary, travel, expense and inbox management
  • Coordinating corporate communications on behalf of management team
  • Coordinating of leadership meetings including documentation, packs, venues, running of day and minutes where required
  • Working with the wider administrative team to ensure the smooth running of the office and event organisation.
