Position Summary:

Primarily focused on providing health program consultancy, program review/development, and implementation guidance for assigned client accounts of low to moderate complexity in such areas as pre-employment health assessments, first-aid training, drug/alcohol testing, asbestos sampling, contract nursing, flu vaccinations, and ergonomics.
Services client accounts through day-to-day account, program, and stakeholder management, compliance advisement, best practices solutions, and coordination of production resources. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Needs analysis, tactical consulting and problem solving, and developing/maintaining essential relationships. 
  • Accountable for quality, timeliness and overall standard of all program work produced for assigned clients. 
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships-engages and establishes constructive working relationships with key clients.
  • Facilitates meetings and planning sessions within area of responsibility. Contributes to the collection, design, and refinement of information for reporting, data analysis, and other activities essential to the needs of the client.
  • Typically works with smaller clients on standardized programs.

  • Bachelors degree; 3 years related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Degree major in medical, finance, IT or related discipline.
  • Consulting experience including change management, business consulting, and project implementation disciplines.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the commercial property & casualty and/or life and health insurance industries.

  • Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task to meet deadlines with quality and accurate deliverables.
  • Must maintain favorable relationships with clients, vendors and other office staff.

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
