Position Summary:

       Director of IT Integration is a high profile position that reports to the RPS CIO and leads the RPS IT M&A Integration activities within the Pronto organization and Pronto acquisitions. Primary work location is Brownsville Texas.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

       Validation of I.T. due Diligence findings for pre-merger activities. 

       Facilitates the development of an Integration Project plan from validated findings of RPS/Pronto Due Diligence. Creates deliverables, timelines and resource plan.

       Drives integration activities with primary attention to meeting integration deliverables and timeline requirements.

       Identifies project stakeholders and creates communication plan.

       Partners with executives of Pronto, Gallagher, and RPS to coordinate necessary resources to ensure business continuity and cost coordination for success of IT integration

       Communicates at the management level of RPS, Gallagher and Pronto organizations.  Provides input for user level communications.

       Partners with Gallagher Project Manager to coordinate necessary Gallagher resources.

       Partners with Gallagher, RPS and Pronto to augment SOX implementation activities.

       Partners with Gallagher, RPS and Pronto to augment Security implementation activities.

       Partners with Gallagher, RPS and Pronto to contract and manage necessary vendor resources.

       Partners with Gallagher, RPS and Pronto to coordinate Due Diligence and IT Onboarding Integration projects for Pronto acquisitions. 

Required:

       10 or more year’s related experience required or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.

       Strong IT, Project Management and Communications skills.

       Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of IT compliance and system integration.

       25-50% travel

 

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

       18 years of age or older.

       Willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

       Unrestricted work authorization to work in the U.S. For U.S. employment opportunities, Risk Placement Services, Inc. hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H, or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. RPS will require proof of work authorization.

       Willing to execute RPS’ Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
