Required:

  • 8 years of Business and/or IT experience
  • 8 years working on Data Analytics projects
  • Insurance Industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong background in project methodology (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • PMP certification is a plus, but not required
  • Insurance certifications (i.e. CPCU, ARM, etc.) are a plus, but not required
  • 5 years of experience in project management of small and medium teams
  • Knowledge of database, data integration, and data visualization products (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to execute effectively on the agreed upon decisions
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively on multiple priorities with firm deliverable dates
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related discipline preferred
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
