Customer Service Supervisor

- Supervises customer service representative.
- Ensures prompt and courteous, service to all customers.
- Trains and develops hourly associates within department.
- Has responsibility for account management/customer service activities within a branch.
- May directly provide customer service support to the largest and/or most complex clients.
- Implements the branch’s policies and procedures and its operating plans.
- May directly anticipate and provide solutions to the most complex business, operations, and customer service problems.
- Directly leads small team/group of customer service representatives.
- Associates degree and 5 or more years related experience required
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance brokerage business
- Strong people and process management experience.

- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. - Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
