  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required.  
  • Able to use computer and internet navigation.  
  • Degree major in English, Journalism or Communications
  • CRM administration experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of CRM tools.
  • Previous Salesforce re-engineering experience improving an existing configuration preferred or digital implementation experience.  
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaboratively and positively influence and motivate key constituent groups.
  • Ability to work self-directed in fast paced, multi-task, and matrixed environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, independent and responsive – requires little supervisory attention.
  • Exceptionally strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence a wide variety of audiences, especially with senior executives.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Experience creating and presenting information to develop consensus and buy-in.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
