What we are looking for:

 

  • You are self motivated, with a strong work ethic, and take initiative
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proven high volume reception experience;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Friendly and professional ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills – managing 7 Outlook inboxes & meeting room calendars.
