Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years related work experience
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent narrative and technical writing skills
  • Familiarity with AP Style guidelines
  • Creative concept development experience and a strong design aesthetic
  • Experience in executing marketing projects that helped increase brand visibility and sales leads
  • Experience researching market dynamics and client needs, and using this knowledge to create compelling content that highlights product or service value
  • Equally strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Employee benefits industry experience strongly preferred

  • Analytical and creative thinker with an impeccable eye for detail and excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to accurately prioritize and productively manage multiple projects to meet deadlines

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
