Position Summary:

 

Are you looking for an exciting and challenging new role where you’ll have the opportunity to manage global, high-visibility marketing projects? As the Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll work directly with the Content Marketing team and others to help bring the division’s core, global thought leadership to market. Content includes a benefits benchmarking survey, best-in-class report and industry trends report with country-specific versions for the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

 

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating strong, compelling promotional content that is released into the market through multiple media channels. As a successful candidate, you’ll have mastered the art of managing projects and pivoting between them. Strong organizational skills, coupled with attention to detail and the ability to multi−task and meet deadlines in a fast−paced environment are a must. Bring your enthusiasm and creative strategies for B2B marketing campaigns to our growing team.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team and others to develop go-to-market strategies for the division’s core, global thought leadership products
  • Execute complex production schedules for concurrent projects and phases with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional resources, and competing deadlines
  • Create content messaging and positioning that offers competitive differentiation
  • Coordinate development of all promotional content assets using shared corporate resources, including emails, social media posts, display ads, etc.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of editorial guidelines and other quality standards for all marketing materials
  • Implement internal content rollouts with supporting communications, training, supplemental field marketing and sales strategies, and sales enablement resources and tools
  • Support the external content rollouts via paid, earned, and owned media channels
  • Coordinate the approval process for project deliverables
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years related work experience
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent narrative and technical writing skills
  • Familiarity with AP Style guidelines
  • Creative concept development experience and a strong design aesthetic
  • Experience in executing marketing projects that helped increase brand visibility and sales leads
  • Experience researching market dynamics and client needs, and using this knowledge to create compelling content that highlights product or service value
  • Equally strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Employee benefits industry experience strongly preferred

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
