Position Summary:

 

The Client Human Resources Consultant Associate assists clients with various HR duties. 
  • Assist in the resolution of employee queries and issues. 
  • May assist in the implementation of HR programs and processes for client.  Individuals have limited authority in implementing HR programs, and are subject to client policies and procedures.
  • Incumbents typically have two to four years of related experience.
  • Mid-level individual contributor.
  • Incumbents work independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direction of senior staff on complex projects and analyses.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 or more years related experience

Work Traits:

  • Able to work with minimal supervision
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
