  • Bachelors degree/4 year Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or

5 or more years related experience in IT

  • Experience change in managing a multiple disciplined IT environment
  • Ability to indentify, set priorities, assign and coordinate other’s work schedules
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to determine and develop requirements
  • Experience in process definition, documentation and work flow enhancement
  • Working knowledge of the MSOffice suite of products




  • Familiarity with the ITIL service model
  • Proficient with Remedy or ServiceNow Reporting or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of the BMC Remedy Suite a plus

U.S. Eligibility Requirements
