Koff & Associates (now a Gallagher Company) is adding a Project Manager to our team. This external, client – facing role will play an important role in Compensation Consulting Services including Classification and Job Analysis and Compensation Studies. This is a 100% remote opportunity

Pay Range: $91,000 - $140,000 annually + variable pay

Position Summary:

  • Manage client relationships
  • Participate in proposal writing process
  • Project execution – delivery
  • Project budget management
  • Lead project teams and provide training to less experienced team members
  • Field client inquiries
  • Ensure project milestones are met within promised timelines and established project budgets
  • Meet client expectations in projected/budgeted project hours expectations
  • Gather information and data from client contacts via interviews, surveys and desk audits
  • Conduct job analyses to determine accurate classification and exemption status
  • Write accurate, relevant and compliant job descriptions
  • Gather salary and benefit information from clients to make salary recommendations
  • Ensure that clients have competitive and cost effective compensation policies and practices. 
  • Live in pacific time  or central zone
  • Public  sector experience  (i.e. library or school districts, water, sanitation or transit agencies, city, county or state government, etc.)
  • 5 + years experience with Compensation (i.e. benchmark data collection and analysis, comp benefit cost detail, comp structure development and implementation, policy design, etc.) and Classification (data collection, Position Description Questionnaire reviews, employee/supervisor interviews, classification description development,  design of etc.)


U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
