Position Summary:
 
Provide support and assistance to all assigned wellbeing & engagement teams as well as all Sales and Service teams in identifying, developing, implementing, and enhancing wellbeing and engagement resources and strategies of our clients.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design of wellness programs.
  • Creation and preparation of communication materials for internal and external use.
  • Participation in client meetings, and marketing for best solutions to meet client Health and Wellbeing needs.
  • Day-to-day account management for client accounts-leads small client wellbeing strategies (under 150 employees).
  • Working with client health plans to identify and understand available wellbeing resources.
  • Assisting with design of surveys for strategy feasibility analysis. 

 

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in the Health/Wellness field (vendor, carrier, corporate, Broker/Consulting) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Must have computer skills and be proficient with Windows-style applications, email, and internet.
Preferred:
  • Education in health related field (Exercise science, exercise physiology, kinesiology, public health, health promotion, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience working with employee benefits, wellness vendors, and insurance carriers desirable.
Key Characteristics:
  • Demonstrate strong communication, both oral and written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project administration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
