We are looking to fill the position of Client Service Representative (CSR) within our personal insurance team. The primary responsibility in the role of the CSR is to provide exceptional customer service to Gallagher's personal insurance clientele. Key Job Responsibilities     

  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Assist the Producer/Account Executive with client service responsibilities
  • Weekly overview of renewals
  • Prioritizing and handling daily phone calls, e-mails and mail
  • Providing timely responses to client queries
  • Assisting with marketing of accounts and attending client meetings as required
  • Problem solving concerning different coverages, rating, claims and market competition
  • Provide desk support to your colleagues when required 
  • Other duties as assigned
  • License(s) essential to provincial licensing jurisdictions as required for the position along with management of continuing education hours to ensure licensing compliance
  • Three (3) years personal insurance experience
  • Willingness & acceptance to learning on a continual basis through educational opportunities and collaboration with colleagues 
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven proficiency in MS office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Adobe products
  • Familiar with insurance document management software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Ability to multiā€task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
  • Possess proficient personal lines knowledge 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and /or within a team is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Completion of post-secondary an asset
  • Insurance designations and/or courses completed towards designations an asset
  • Experience within the EPIC Broker Management System (BMS) an asset
