About the role
We are a diversified financial and benefit services firm offering specialist superannuation and insurance advice to corporate clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in Petrie Terrace.

The role will be varied and will consist of the following:  
•Providing support to our clients and consultants
•Providing support in the preparation of corporate super and group insurance analysis
•Managing and distributing client communication campaigns
•Office administration including maintaining office supplies, expense reconciliation, invoicing
•Respond to client queries in a timely manner

About you
The successful candidate will have experience working in the insurance or financial services industry.  
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: 
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Qualification of RG 146 (Financial Services) will be preferred
•Understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM
•Ability to work within a team, presenting a helpful attitude and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
•Self-motivated and reliable
•Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Ability to work in a busy client focused environment
•Outstanding attention to detail and process driven
•Effective time management skills and the ability to work autonomously 
•Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel proficiency).
