Position Summary:
 
The Regional Client Service Leader is accountable for leading a Region-wide Client Service team that delivers high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients across a number of Branches.  This role reports directly into the Divisional Client Service Leader, with a strong dotted-line reporting relationship to the Region Manager to ensure goals and objectives support the Regional strategy.  The Regional Client Service Leader has a direct impact on business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG’s value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and creating a culture of performance and continuous improvement.  Responsible for managing and developing a team of Branch Client Services Directors, provides leadership, and training and development.  Successfully utilizes rigorous and disciplined talent management strategies to meet or exceed operations goals and defined operations metrics.  Facilitates and leads process improvement operations
 

Additional Considerations:

 
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of client service experience and/or claims management experience - or- High School degree/GED with 14+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • P&C License
Desired:
  • Experience working a commercial book of business
  • Call Center strategy and management
  • Strong organization, communication and planning skills
  • Process improvement/quality methodologies such as LEAN, Six-Sigma
  • Prefer experience in managing teams within an operational service delivery or shared services environment
  • Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise focused on service quality, people, process, and technology.
  • Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements
  • Significant experience leading and managing teams (preferably in a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
Work Traits:
  • Independently manages multiple tasks and responsibilities for self and team(s), flexibility necessary
  • Strong communicator at all levels

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
