  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of client service experience and/or claims management experience - or- High School degree/GED with 14+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • P&C License
  • Experience working a commercial book of business
  • Call Center strategy and management
  • Strong organization, communication and planning skills
  • Process improvement/quality methodologies such as LEAN, Six-Sigma
  • Prefer experience in managing teams within an operational service delivery or shared services environment
  • Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise focused on service quality, people, process, and technology.
  • Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements
  • Significant experience leading and managing teams (preferably in a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
Work Traits:
  • Independently manages multiple tasks and responsibilities for self and team(s), flexibility necessary
  • Strong communicator at all levels
