Position Summary:

We are hiring a Client Associate for the Irvine branch - this role can be 100% remote! Excellent opportunity to join a team to support business clients and needs. This role supports the management liability team and you will work within a team of 10 that is very collaborative and encourages growth opportunities. 


How you will impact the business:

  • Organize or assist senior team members with the preparation of renewals and assist the distribution team with the delivery of relevant outputs. 
  • Ensure system is accurate and current to ensure outputs and client deliverables will be produced according to guidelines and policy detail. 
  • Liaise and be responsive to inquiries from outsourced provider to manage and ensure the timeliness and quality of outputs.
  • Upon policy placement (with assistance from a senior team member), creates policy summaries, schedules of insurance, calculates premium allocations, and provides quality review of all post placement outputs. 
  • With assistance from senior team members, address and complete special client projects. 
  • Enter, manage, and analyze data in various systems and tools
  • Collect and compile information from various sources
  • Process billings according to requirements and instructions from the service team.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other teams to complete joint work/process steps/etc.
  • Prepare premium finance agreements and manage the process
  • Process various documents such as policy audits, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements
  • Order various reports, loss runs, MVR’s and follow-up for their receipt
  • Participate in fulfilling client services needs such as issuing Certificates of Insurance
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to manage client insurance programs
  • Maintain client files accurately and consistently; responsible for proper documentation of files and proper communication to all in accordance with company workflows, procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management and document management systems
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years directly applicable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic Math skills
  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.  

  • Previous experience managing client relationships.
