The Position:

The Client Manager will play a key role in providing effective and ongoing relationship management for our corporate self-insurance accounts, with a focus on customer service and innovative solutions delivering effective change.  Through collaborative business planning, you will have amazing relationships with mutual growth strategies with our existing NSW client with a laser focus on client retention.

You will also have the passion, drive and ability to identify further developing revenue growth opportunities with highly complex clients with the key objective in growing our market share.  The Client Manager will also be responsible for contract management of the Self-insurance portfolio and ensure contractual obligations are being met by working collaboratively with the operational arm and the wider Sales teams.

You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:

  • Liaising and engaging with other GB departments to ensure relationships are strong and maintained to support the delivery of service.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to effective onboard clients
  • Lead and manage a team and their performance ensuring targets and client service requirements are met
  • Build and develop external business relationships and network of industry contacts
  • Promote positive working relationships and be a key point of reference between parties
  • Support the sales and marketing team with business process and joined up planning with clients
  • Support the identification, development and implementation of new products ensuring GB clients benefit from a continuously evolving service offering.
  • Collaborate with Sales colleagues and key business leaders regarding client retention and cross selling opportunities.
  • Participate as required on business tenders, proposals and new opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, data insight strategies ensuring a better client journey.
  • Ensure GB's contractual compliance are met.
  • Supplier/Vendor management, including relationship management, contract management and quality & performance management.
  • Ensure program delivery metrics are measured and continuous improvement initiatives delivered.
  • Salesforce management and reporting

 

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess

  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline is essential coupled with demonstrated experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
  • Workers compensation, Claims or Broker Management Practice.
  • Engaging communication style with conflict resolution and negotiation skills on point
  • Success in leading and embedding a quality improvement culture
  • Knowledge and use of Salesforce management and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven ability to gain trust and influence whilst bringing people on board with your thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to show initiative
