The HRCC team is looking for a Consultant to join their Leadership & Organizational team. This Consultant will support clients and more senior Consultants in the delivery of leadership and organizational development projects. This role will also manage client leadership and organizational development projects from initial inquiry to project completion, design and deliver training and assessment tools. 

Duties include:


Consulting


  • Manage and execute leadership and organizational development projects from initial inquiry to project completion
  • Design and deliver effective training and organizational development programs for clients
  • Engage with clients/prospects to source and gather information, assess needs and recommend solutions
  • Develop and create training/skill building content based on client requirements/needs assessment
  • Develop & conduct teambuilding/organizational development sessions
  • Develop program recommendations based on analyses, write and prepare reports for clients, communicate findings and recommendations to clients through presentations and assist clients with implementation of recommendations
  • Provide timely and expert assistance to clients within the project parameters through day-to-day phone, email and in-person interaction
  • Role works primarily in Leadership Development and Organizational Development practice areas and Assessment work
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and relevant literature as related to LD/OD
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently i.e. time tracking and client billing
Business Development
  • Assist in the development and preparation of responses to requests for proposals from current clients and prospects
  • Research existing client relationships to proactively identify additional consulting needs and cross-sell services within Gallagher Benefit Services and across AJG
  • Assist in the generation of leads for new clients through prospecting activities including meeting with referrals, networking and mining our internal database
  • Enhance our brand name and reputation by building relationships with professional associations, acquiring speaking engagements, presenting webinars, and networking at appropriate events and conferences
  • Support marketing initiatives
Productivity and Sales
  • Maintains high level of productivity and meets productivity targets
  • Maintains an acceptable billable hours ratio
  • Meets sales expectations

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years related experience
