Interpret and review insurance policies and liaise with insurers and the client. Open to a variety of backgrounds and experience. 



What is the role?


We are currently seeking a Claims Lodgement Consultant to join our East Melbourne based team.


The role will be an administration based role supporting the wider claims team. More specifically, you will be:

  • Interpreting policy wordings an reviewing individual circumstances
  • Management of recovery costs from third parties and insurers
  • Reporting and providing claims statistics to key stakeholders when required
  • General administration as required

What are we looking for? 


  • Customer service experience

  • The ability to build strong relationships with our clients and brokers

  • Exposure within insurance very desireable though not essential

  • Previous administration experience within an office environment desirable

  • An aptitude to solve problems and sound decision making capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills
