Your Role:

Your aim will be to make calls to customers and guide them through to resolution. You're our product expert and use your calm demeanour to explain to the customer exactly how you're going to help.

  • Listen to your customer, detect their needs and match them to one of our products that will help them.
  • Leave them with a happy and optimistic impression of the company and an extraordinary feeling about our products and services
  • Ensure you sell the right elements of cover - always keeping your customers interests at heart.
  • Our customers are so important to us that you are taught to ask for the business in a way that is ethical and within the limits of our guidelines. We don't need to be pushy here, our products speak for themselves.

Your Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous call centre experience is not necessary as we will teach you everything that you should know. From our product range to our phone system, it's all very simple once you know how.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the genuine ability to listen. We do ask that you have basic mathematical skills but most importantly, you have superb attention to detail.
  • You are driven to exceed targets by utilising your dynamic personality and optimistic outlook; combined with the highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus
  • You're eligible to work in the UK
