Our driven and successful insurance business are looking for some support for the daily running of our operation. We would love to invest in someone who has passion, drive and charisma. Are you keen to help us to make real changes?

Working within our call centre style operation, you'll focus on how we can improve. This could be an internal process, it might be looking at our customer journey... it's a varied role that needs a dynamic and forward thinking professional to fill it.

Key Accountabilities:

  • You complete a variety of administrative tasks on a daily basis, including correspondence, enquiries, and manual renewal invites in line with company SLAs

  • Using your superior product knowledge, the underwriting guide and liaising with underwriters to process referrals correctly.

  • Handle complaints to customer’s satisfaction, rectify any errors made in order to provide a high level of service to our customers

  • Play an enthusiastic role in the continued learning and  development of your skills


Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of call centre operations

  • Understanding of home insurance products on the market

  • Excellent Industry Product and System Knowledge
  • Awareness of the regulatory requirements in respect of ‘advised’ and ‘non-advised’ sales, and in particular evidencing the standards and knowledge required in respect of giving advice and making recommendations to customers

  • Excellent customer service focus and empathetic awareness

  • A positive career history for compliance, achievement, behaviour and attitude

  • Resilience when dealing with distressed customers, using empathy as appropriate

  • You’re a natural team player who desires the best outcomes for all parties.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
