  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field.
  • 5 or more years relevant experience 
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. 


  • Masters Degree
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • PHR/SPHR certification desirable.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements
